Vertigo Burger & Fries

Our clients needed an efficient space with lots of storage and a kitchen chock-full of appliances, countertops, and freezers - plus plenty of dining space and a bar. 

The design plays up the open atmosphere of the shell building, providing seating for approximately 144 patrons include those seated outside on a 2,400SF patio. Storage being a premium, the "back wall" of the serving counter is not just a wall, but a storage unit full of shelving, pass-through openings, and door access to the kitchen.
